8. Revoking Platform Access
You can revoke One Drop Video's access to your connected platform accounts at any time:
Google/YouTube
Revoke access through your Google Account permissions settings. Once revoked, we will no longer be able to access your YouTube channel or upload videos on your behalf.
TikTok
Revoke access through your TikTok privacy settings under "Manage app permissions." Once revoked, we will no longer be able to post videos to your TikTok account.
When you revoke access to any platform, any stored tokens for that platform will be invalidated and removed from our systems.
9. Data Deletion & Removal
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. This section explains how data deletion works for One Drop Video.
Account Deletion
When you request to delete your One Drop Video account:
- 7-Day Grace Period: Your account enters a 7-day grace period during which you can restore it
- Permanent Deletion: After 7 days, all account data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
- Immediate Action: All OAuth tokens and platform credentials are revoked immediately upon deletion request
Connected Account Data
When you disconnect a social platform or delete your account:
- All access tokens and refresh tokens are immediately deleted from our servers
- Platform credentials cannot be used after disconnection
- We recommend also revoking access through each platform's settings (see Section 8 above)
- Meta, Google, and TikTok may retain some data according to their own privacy policies
Video Upload Data
- Upload history and metadata are retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted
- You can manually delete individual uploads at any time from your dashboard
- Videos posted to platforms remain on those platforms until you delete them directly
- Temporary files and processing data are deleted within 24 hours of upload completion
Webhook & Audit Data
- Webhook event logs are retained for 30 days for debugging and support purposes
- Audit trails for compliance are retained for 1 year, then permanently deleted
- You can request early deletion of this data through our support team
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, you can:
- Self-Service: Delete your account from your account settings page
- Email Request: Send a deletion request to onedropmailbox@gmail.com
Timeline: We respond to all deletion requests within 30 days. For email requests, please include your account email address for verification.
Meta-Specific Information
For users who have connected Facebook or Instagram accounts:
- Deleting your One Drop Video account removes all stored Meta credentials and tokens
- We do not retain any Meta user data after account deletion
- Content posted to Facebook or Instagram through our service remains on those platforms until you delete it directly
